What
Brings the v0.20.0 release bump back into
develop:Cargo.toml/Cargo.lock0.19.0 -> 0.20.0 and the CHANGELOG[Unreleased]entries moved under[0.20.0] - 2026-10-27, exactly as onmain(after this PR thedeveloptree equalsmain).Why
The release (#710) bumped the version and cut the changelog on
mainonly.developstill said 0.19.0 and kept every shipped entry under[Unreleased], so the next release would have repeated them.Testing
git diff origin/mainon this branch is empty.cargo build;cora --versionprints 0.20.0. No code change.
