The contributor page links to an org-wide PR search instead of the program's repos #101
On a contributor card page, "See 's merged pull requests on GitHub" links to a GitHub search built with org:codercops (src/index.ts, line 324). The number on the card comes from searchMergedPrs (src/github.ts, line 123), which only searches the program's repos (repo:codercops/<repo> for each one, line 131). So the link can list PRs the card didn't count. For a program with its own repos list it always does, and for the current one it would as soon as another codercops repo gets a labeled PR.
What to do
Build the link's query from program.repos the same way searchMergedPrs does, instead of org:.
Where to look
src/index.ts, line 324, and src/github.ts, lines 123 to 131
test/card.test.ts: the expected search string at line 317 needs updating, and a case with a program that sets its own repos would cover the fix
Acceptance criteria
The link searches only the program's repos, with the same author, label and dates as now
Tests that fail on the current code
npm run typecheck and npm test pass

I'd like to work on this. I'll branch off develop, add a test that fails on the current org-wide link, and open the PR against develop with Closes #101.

Opened this for @sank8-2, who asked for a bot issue on #15. sank8-2, drop a comment here so GitHub lets me assign it to you.

Hey @sank8-2, it's yours! Your plan sounds right. You can ignore #102 linked above, it was opened without a claim and it's closed.
[FIX]: Scope contributor PR links to program repos (codercops#103)
