Build the contributor page's GitHub search from program.repos, the same way searchMergedPrs does, instead of searching the whole organization. Closes codercops#101

What does this change?
The contributor page's "See 's merged pull requests on GitHub" link searched
org:codercops, so it could list PRs the card never counted. It now builds its query fromprogram.repos, the same waysearchMergedPrsdoes, via a new sharedmergedPrQuery()helper insrc/github.ts. Author, label, and merge-date filters are unchanged.Closes #101
How I tested this
npm run typecheck— passes.npm test— 378 tests pass.test/card.test.tsand added a case with a program that sets its ownreposlist. That new case fails against the old org-wide link and passes with this change.AI assistance
AI assistance was used: an AI coding agent (OpenCode) drafted the
mergedPrQueryextraction, the test update, and this description. I reviewed the diff and ran the typecheck and test suite locally.Checklist
