I think it'd be good to stick to the headings defined in https://keepachangelog.com/en/1.0.0/ – these could probably be included under # Added. If you feel strongly about introducing this new heading, might just need to update the changelog parser to recognise it.

Good call — dropped the Accessibility heading and folded the items into the standard keepachangelog sections: the new labels/markup under Added, the rest under Changed. Done in both CHANGELOG.md and readme.txt.
