axe-core returns an incomplete array alongside violations and passes — checks it couldn't automatically resolve either way. backend/services/axeTransformer.js currently only reads violations and passes; incomplete is silently dropped.
Add a fourth bucket (e.g. needsManualReview) to the ScanResult shape (shared/types.js), populate it in transform(), and render it in ResultsView/ProblemView alongside the existing three categories.
