Deep audit against the real estate ground truth (Core/standards/agents) + accessibility + performance. Three confirmed fixes: (1) baseline module taught rules 6-7 in the superseded blanket wording that its sibling knowledge-check marks wrong -> restated to current AGENTS.md rules 6-7; (2) Definition-of-Done prose listed 11 of 12 Core items (dropped C10 'Standards honored') while the KC says 'twelve' -> added; (3) the toggle-set dark theme kept the failed --t3 #6f6e6a (3.75:1) that the auto-dark path had already fixed -> aligned to #8a8984 (WCAG 2.2 AA). MCP + standards module accuracy audited clean. (Deferred: /assets/* served max-age=14400 not 1yr - a CF zone Browser-Cache-TTL cap overriding the repo _headers, not a code issue.)
