One fix needed before this can merge: endDate is 2026-04-04, but the announcement post confirms the con runs April 2 to 4, 2027, so it should be 2027-04-04. The CI validator passed because it doesn't yet compare the two dates. We're adding that check now, so it may flag this PR once it lands.

On your question about sources: a link to the Bluesky announcement post is exactly right. Your other PRs from today do the same thing and they've all been merged.
