Snyk reports 13 findings on master (1 critical, 8 high, 4 medium): 10 in undici 7.29.0 and 3 in transitive brace-expansion 5.0.9.

Fix

LIBRARY: consumers resolve our package.json ranges and never see our lock file or overrides. I raised the undici floor to ^7.29.1 (the patched release), raised the existing brace-expansion override from 5.0.9 to 5.0.12, and regenerated the lock file. The override only changes this repo's own install and CI scan. Package version 2.3.8 -> 2.3.9.

Remaining, by design: npm audit findings in dev-only jest 29 and tslint, which need major bumps.
