Bundle the
cargo-bakeexecutable with thebakelibrary so users can install the launcher withcargo install bake --locked.Remove the separate
socketry-cargo-bakeworkspace package and move its unchanged launcher source and existing integration tests into the root package. Carry over the launcher’stoml_editdependency, update installation guidance and release notes, and make CI install the launcher from the checkout. Thecargo bakecommand and task-library API remain unchanged.Existing users should run
cargo uninstall socketry-cargo-bakebefore installing the combined package because both packages provide the same executable.
