[5.x]: CkEditor headings dropdown is hidden behind Matrix block

What happened?

The CKEditor heading dropdown is getting cut off by the following Matrix block.

Hi, thanks for getting in touch! I’m not able to reproduce that with Craft CMS 5.6.14, but we had reports of it happening in 5.7.0 and fixed it in 5.7.1 (craftcms/cms#17098 and #395).

Are you still experiencing this issue after updating to the latest version of the CMS?

I have updated to latest CraftCMS 5.7.2 and CKeditor 4.7.0.

I'm still seeing the issue in Safari 18.3 (latest MacOS)

However, I've also just tested on latest Chrome and it works as expected:

So I guess it's a Safari bug.

I'm guessing this is related to how Safari handles layout containment. The good news is that behavior will change soon. I believe Technology Preview already handles it more like Chrome and Firefox.
