Resolve structured Claude diff traces from direct model metadata first, then fall back to the event's transcript and matching tool-use ID without restoring session-level state. Apply persisted model IDs to reconstructed hunks and canonical session IDs to every touched line, so downstream Agent Trace output retains contributor and related-session attribution. Add persisted-row regression coverage, simplify transcript fixture handling, and synchronize validated context. Plan: fix-claude-model-attribution (T02) Co-authored-by: SCE <sce@crocoder.dev>
