Set HTTP_PORT=8080 so the app listens on the port Fly's proxy targets, and drop VM memory from 1gb to 256mb (sufficient for this Go+SQLite app). Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
