This list didn't have a Health category yet, and the contributing guide says new categories are welcome, so I've added one rather than force-fitting into an unrelated section.
Adds UpSit: a native Linux/macOS/Windows desktop app that tracks sitting posture via the webcam using an on-device ML model, and nudges you when you slouch. No frame or landmark ever leaves the device. Open source (MIT).
Happy to adjust the category name/placement if you'd prefer it elsewhere (e.g. under a broader "Wellness" umbrella if more entries show up later).
