release: the package moves to 0.1.7, and the README with it

0.1.7 carries:

• the file-name check that reads only the names a site publishes: the public folder, and pages without their bracketed parameters (pack: the name check reads only the public folder, where names survive the build #98);
• the symlink warning that asks only about links the build reads, and never prints a target outside the project (pack: a symlink warns only where the build reads, naming where it points #99);
• the deploy id on the terminal's failure line (ui: a failure shows its deploy id in the terminal, under the failure id #100).

The version moves in npm/package.json, its lockfile and the README's two release lines.
