Summary

• Adds team-builder-stack 0.14.2. It builds, checks, and coaches a team of Grok Bots: one bot for each unit of work, skills built from real systems and examples, and one team spec as the source of truth.
• Ships 19 skill folders, a logo, README, LICENSE, and CHANGELOG.
• Registers the plugin in the marketplace and the root README.

Overview
Adds the Team Builder Stack plugin (v0.21.2) to the marketplace and root README as a new installable package under team-builder-stack/.

The plugin is a full Grok Bot / Cursor skills stack for designing multi-bot teams: manager, owner, and specialist bots; a shared team spec as source of truth; workflow skills (build team, build bot, check/coach bots, weekly review, plugin updates); utility skills (verify, delegate, triage, etc.); design principles and a multi-chapter guide. It includes Apply a plugin update with per-version apply checklists (0.15.0–0.21.2) and a build_team_map.py pipeline that validates the spec and skills, renders a canvas or Markdown team map (including proposal diffs, bot shape/color/picture, and --record-looks).

Also ships plugin.json, README, CHANGELOG, and MIT LICENSE. No changes to existing plugins beyond catalog registration.
