path-dedup.sh carried the session-PATH sentence twice: the conflict resolution
folded it into the rewritten paragraph and the standalone line survived beside
it. Two prose references kept the pre-grammar `operator add` spelling, having
reached develop from a branch written before the rename sweep, where the sweep
could not see them.

The command surface itself is consistent -- tests/unit/man.sh passes on the
merged tree -- so this is prose only.

The header had grown to 35 lines of prose over 30 of code, carrying
first-match-wins twice and first-seen-wins in both the header and the inline
comment that already says it. Each fact now has one home, and the sentences
that qualified rather than stated -- "the existing PATH entries", "wherever
this fragment is sourced", "reports which init file the operator adds the
ordering to" -- say the same thing in the words the code uses.
