A tiny little fix in the vignette to remove mentions to the
biocLitescript, which is deprecated since a couple of releases.I replaced that with mentions to
BiocManager::installIf this is desired, I can offer a little bit of a restyling of the vignette into a more "fresh-looking" Rmd document - consider that as a homage to the nice package 😉
