Closing rather than merging: this grouped major update crosses Mill's qualified Node 24 / TypeScript 6 toolchain boundary. TypeScript 7 is also outside typescript-eslint@8.68.0's declared peer range, which is why validation fails; @types/node@26 would no longer model the pinned Node 24 runtime. The Dependabot policy will be tightened to keep these runtime-coupled development dependencies within their qualified majors.
