Reduce: Quirks, Caveats, and Gotchas

• Change eval=True default to eval=False (#41)
  • Need to fix TypedDict value expression handling to strip qualifiers like Annotated even when eval=False
• Consider eliminating strict=False support, which also implies eliminating NewType support.
