NW.js now provides aarch64 binaries, so I've added that to the build platform. No idea if it actually works though.
This should allow x11 fallback, but I don't have a system to test that with. So, while the socket is enabled, it's untested.

This updates nwjs to 114.1. This gives an updated chromium base that allows
--ozone-platform=auto, which allows us to enable fallback-x11 support. Additionally, it allows experimental Aarch64 support.
