Adds the optional Textual operator interface with observation, explicit target/scenario selection, guided arguments, reviewed execution, progress/results, private JSON export and read-only reconciliation. Extracts shared preparation state independently of curses; business execution remains in existing services.
Local verification: 234 existing tests (2 prerequisite skips), a new import-isolation test, 9 Textual tests, collection guard and strict docs build. A real disposable two-daemon deployment was exercised through Textual: one succeeds, an invalid archive blocks the second target before restart. Shared screenshots are regenerated by the website from its pinned released source.
