Switch to Microsoft.Testing.Platform test runner required by xunit.v3 4.0.0, replacing the VSTest-only coverlet.collector with coverlet.MTP and the --logger/--collect dotnet test switches with --report-trx and --coverlet/--coverlet-output-format. Update AssemblyInfo.cs to use the xunit.v3 Parallelization attribute in place of the removed CollectionBehavior attribute, and add global.json to select the Microsoft.Testing.Platform test runner. Add --report-trx-filename with matrix.os/{asm}/{tfm}/{arch} placeholders
so parallel OS/framework test runs no longer overwrite each other's trx
results in the shared artifacts directory.
