fix: replace Devup UI logo and Open Graph assets

Summary

• replace media/logo.svg with the approved LFOP-72 primary logo
• replace landing white-logo.svg with the approved footer logo
• replace landing og-image.png with the approved 1200x630 Open Graph image
• preserve all existing destination filenames and references

Verification

• SVG XML parsing and external-reference scan
• exact SHA-256 match against the three Jira attachments
• workspace lint
• full workspace build
• landing build: 64 routes prerendered
• pre-commit Rust coverage and Bun tests: 5,168 passed, 0 failed
• Playwright footer logo E2E: 1 passed
