Adapted this update at signed head Release review: read every published release from v7.206.26 through v7.206.44, plus all 24 commits from the old pin to the new pin. v7.206.40 and v7.206.42 have no published release entry; their commit subjects were included in that comparison. The consumed setup action, module-download helper and license have identical Git blobs at both endpoints; the action SHA-256 witness remains
Evaluation: exercised the existing release workflow harness against the updated pin and verified the exact source-content witnesses. This mechanical reference update introduces no new action behavior. Desktop publication is not claimed. The PR is draft with auto-merge disabled until new-head CI and substantive current-head review are complete. |

What
Adopt the refreshed action revision and keep the release checks aligned with its verified, unchanged behavior.
No issue: trivial fix.
