CodeRabbit completed this round at 22:05 UTC. Its edited summary names this head and reports minimal merge risk, but has no recent-review verdict block; there is no review object or verdict-bearing command reply. The canonical summary classifier returns NONE no-recent-review. The full current-artifact guard admits this record, and there are no findings to discard. Evaluated at d17c5be as a maintainer investigating CI stalls. All seven native workflows and 63 job outcomes completed successfully; the actual Syft job completed in 95.49 seconds with its original coverage and 300-second deadline. A controlled ordinary-versus-verbose run on the exact public source produced identical normalized package, license and relationship data for 2,124 packages, while only the verbose run emitted cataloger timings. The pinned executor retains combined partial output on timeout, and its reporter prints that output when a project scan fails. Successful scans hide it by default. Codex’s clean review names this head. This diagnostic stage is ready for promotion; #8078 remains open for the scanner’s root cause and sustained runtime proof. |

Why
The repository inventory scan timed out and is blocking an otherwise passing SSH repair. Its current output does not identify which part stopped making progress.
What
Keep cataloger completion timings in the hosted scan so the next native run can locate the bottleneck. This is a diagnostic stage for #8078; scan coverage, failure behavior and the five-minute deadline stay intact.
