Re-vendor numkey's O04 brand surfaces from oss-brand v0.3.0 (simplified Q-line routes): docs brand marks, README header, site favicons/og and mark variants. Checksums re-pinned; npm run verify green (brand check + typecheck + test + build).

Swaps the vendored O04 marks, README header, favicons, and OG image to the oss-brand v0.3.0 release (the numkey route is now stepper chevrons — simplified for small-size legibility) and rewrites the pinned checksums. The repo's brand check passes locally (9 approved assets verified).
