test/cli-session-procstart-batch.test.js fails intermittently on the Windows CI jobs, then passes on rerun:
Both times the same two tests fail:
- "on Windows, candidates past the probe cap are not asked about and stay live" (
only the probed (mismatching) candidates are dropped, 2 !== 3);
- "on Linux there is no probe cap: a mismatch past the 64th candidate is still dropped".
Neither PR touched that file. #368 already made these tests deterministic once; something order- or timing-dependent remains.
Expected: find what the drop count depends on besides the fixture (batch timing, platform branch, shared state with a sibling test) and pin it.
