…d active marker Tests for the last review round of #479, which #548 did not merge: a quit that joins a reload check the page already answered still writes the app state, and a reload check a quit joined quits without reloading first. Two more pin existing behaviour: main stops reporting session exits once the quit starts killing them, and a not-started entry holding the saved active marker keeps it over a reattached session shown meanwhile.

The changelog entry moves to Unreleased, and two empty catches lose their comments.

Lands #479 (abate) at its reviewed head f39d5ea, approved on 11/10. Once #477 was merged, #479 conflicted on the CHANGELOG only: both PRs move their v0.0.90 entry to Unreleased. This merge keeps both lines under Unreleased and drops them from v0.0.90. No other change; public/app.js and docs/session-restore.md merged cleanly. The restore, clear, exit-flush and unsaved-guard tests pass on the merge (191/191).
To merge with a merge commit (not squash), so that #479 is marked merged.
