Clears four Sonar reliability findings:

  • S2119: explore shares one SecureRandom for its URL token instead of creating one per use.
  • S1764: NaN is tested with Double.isNaN, not x != x.
  • S3034: the selected bool bitmap masks the byte before widening it.
  • S3077: suppressed on Mask's lazily published index/run arrays, which are built whole and never written after.

No behavior change.

Share one SecureRandom for explore's URL token (S2119), test NaN with
Double.isNaN (S1764), mask the byte before widening in the selected
bool bitmap (S3034), and suppress S3077 on Mask's lazily published
index/run arrays, which are built whole and never written after.
