I am a senior-level Platform / DevEx Engineer specializing in the Android ecosystem, compiler tooling, and advanced automation. I build high-performance infrastructure, custom compiler plugins, and developer-centric tools that eliminate engineering friction and drastically accelerate development cycles.

🚀 What I Do (Core Expertise)

  • Build Systems & Tooling: Advanced Gradle architecture (Kotlin DSL, custom convention plugins, optimization).
  • Metaprogramming & Codegen: KSP2 (Kotlin Symbol Processing), PSI analysis, Kotlin/Java Poet.

  1. Interoperable Code-Gen DSL: A high-level declarative DSL abstraction built over KotlinPoet and JavaPoet that handles cross-language type conversion and seamless interop between Java and Kotlin compilation targets.
  2. Modular Telegram Android Platform Fork: Re-engineering the legacy, monolithic Telegram Android codebase into a modern, clean, modular setup using Gradle flavors, decoupled package configurations, and custom compiler plugins for asset automation.

📈 Key Engineering Highlights

  • Scale-Level Upstream Sync: Re-architected the upstream merge pipeline for a massive Telegram fork (iMe Messenger), reducing the release sync cycle from 1 month down to 2–3 days.
  • CI/CD Optimization: Cut pre-release build times in half (from 40 to 20 minutes) via aggressive caching and compilation task tuning.
  • Lapis (KSP2 Compiler Plugin): Developed a boilerplate-free bytecode injection standard for Minecraft modding, battle-tested across personal mods with 2,000,000+ total downloads.
