Ordinary publishing currently loads the full email-domain and staged-upload procedures. Move those two conditional procedures into sibling references, reducing the installed entrypoint from 525 lines / 23,924 bytes to 432 lines / 19,219 bytes (19.7%). Keep shared trust boundaries, domain authority rules, upload prerequisites and fallback choices in the entrypoint. Name, description, helpers, comments, and Visualize remain unchanged.
Preserve standalone delivery with one small generator used by CI and release: keep frontmatter first, add an appended-reference notice, and append the same authored files in sorted path order. Missing, unrouted, linked or unsafe references fail generation; no-reference input remains byte-identical. Candidate archives include optional references, all existing mounts are regenerated, and release checks run before publication. This follows the merged consumer preparation in display-dev/display-dev#379.
Validation:
Earlier trials with fixture/provider/isolation failures are excluded from the behavioral results. Final tests used an explicitly invoked container runner; the local report records those exclusions and cleanup. No agent-test harness or evidence files are shipped in this PR.
Merging main automatically publishes the source release; this PR does not merge or repin the separate Claude plugin.
