User use cases

As a user I want to be able to accept or deny a requested consent form and sign it.
As a user I want to be able to get an overview of all the consent forms requested of me.
As a user I want to be able to change my mind for a consent at any time.
As a user I want to be able to see who is requesting the consent.
As a user I do not want to pay for this service.
