Move web base image from php:8.3-apache-trixie to php:8.4-apache-trixie and update docs. All PHP_EXTENSIONS build on 8.4 (linux/amd64); apache serves PHP. Co-Authored-By: Claude <noreply@anthropic.com>

Bump web base image to
php:8.4-apache-trixie(README/AGENTS updated).Tested locally (linux/amd64): image builds with all PHP_EXTENSIONS;
php -v= 8.4.27; every extension in the list loads inphp -m(xdebug/blackfire intentionally disabled, ini files in /usr/local/etc/php/disabled; xdebug 3.5.3 loads on demand); Apache starts and serves a PHP file (HTTP 200).Note: the repo doesn't pin a Drupal version; PHP 8.4 needs Drupal 10.3+/11. AGENTS.md calls this a legacy stack, so merge only if the Drupal codebases run on it.
