Annex A of
spec.mdis generated fromreference/input/reference.xlsx, but nothing checks the two agree. A hand edit to Annex A goes unnoticed, and the nextprepare_release.pyrun quietly overwrites it.generate_reference.py --checkrebuilds Annex A in memory and fails ifspec.mddiffers, without writing anything.reference-sync-checkruns it whenspec.md,reference/input/or the script change.docling(dev group, pulls in torch) is replaced bydocling-slim[format-xlsx]in thecigroup. It requires 2.144.0 or later, since 2.143.x imports torch inDocumentConverter.
