fix(security): bump next to 16.3.8 for SSRF and cache advisories - #4

Patched Next.js Image Optimization SSRF (GHSA-cjq9-62q9-8jv4) and related cache/disclosure advisories requiring >=16.3.8. Align eslint-config-next and @next/bundle-analyzer. sharp >=0.35.5 and source-map-js >=1.2.2 remain via workspace overrides from #3.
