• fixing naming of of spacetrooper utilities vignette
• adding additional model info into SPE metadata
• additional parameters for user-defined formula for QC score computation
• adding functions for QC model transfer across datasets (applyQCScoreModel)
• adding citation file with biorxiv paper

version bump to be done on devel branch.
