What the skill teaches

• Use spreadsheet-builder-cli create <input.json|yaml|yml> <output.xlsx> to create workbooks, or jbx builders.dsl:spreadsheet-builder-cli create ... when the command is not installed.
• Use spreadsheet-builder-cli query <workbook.xlsx> <criteria.json|yaml|yml> to verify and inspect workbook content, with the same jbx Maven-coordinate fallback.
• Keep openpyxl and pandas as fallbacks only when the CLI cannot express the task yet.
• Surface current CLI gaps clearly instead of inventing commands or flags.
