- Five productivity and privacy browser extensions - Five TypeScript MV3 extensions: chrome-group-discard saves and restores tab group state on collapse; discord-purge and uninsta bulk-delete your DMs on Discord and Instagram; filelist-ext tracks TV series on filelist.io with desktop notifications; series-auto-skip automatically dismisses intros, credits, and recaps on Plex and Netflix.
- Two full-stack SaaS products on serverless edge - Two full-stack SaaS applications built on Next.js and deployed to Cloudflare Workers — a fleet management platform for vehicle tracking, real-time mapping, and payments, and a B2B marketplace for Romanian business registration services with a Next.js frontend and a Hono API layer.
- Corporate and internal web properties - IT Guys web properties: a corporate website built with Astro 7 across six locales with an EmDash CMS backend, an internal tool directory served as static assets with access gating, and a client-side PDF toolkit using Cloudflare Workers and R2 streaming to handle large WASM assets.
- Self-hosted k3s cluster and services - Self-hosted k3s cluster managed with Helmfile and raw manifests, running Nextcloud file storage with automated TLS over a WARP mesh network, age-encrypted nightly password manager backups with freshness monitoring, and bootstrap scripts for ARC runner pools.
- Self-hosted AI workspace and LLM tooling - Odysseus is a self-hosted AI workspace covering chat, agents, research, documents, email, and calendar on Docker with GPU support; paired with MoE LLM inference benchmarks comparing FreeToken, llama.cpp, and Ollama on an RTX 3070, and a Claude Code configuration layer with steering rules and automation hooks.
- Reusable CI/CD workflows and developer utilities - shared-workflows centralises 18+ reusable GitHub Actions for Node.js, Python, Cloudflare, k8s, Helm, and extension publishing across the portfolio; deckrun is a local-first Markdown presentation tool with a live editor, 14 themes, KaTeX equations, Mermaid diagrams, and PDF export.
- Investment tracking and automated market analysis - Personal investment tracker with monthly contribution tracking, time-weighted return analysis, and a live SPX auto-trading bot running across three serverless workers; gw2roi fetches Guild Wars 2 Trading Post prices hourly, ranks crafting recipes by ROI, and renders results on a live web board.
- Security tooling and device monitoring - advisory-db maintains a community Rust crate security advisory database in OSV format, used by cargo-audit, cargo-deny, trivy, and Dependabot; device-activity-telegram-bot notifies via Telegram on device login/unlock events and supports remote shutdown, built on Python 3.14 with asyncio and full mypy coverage.
- Personal knowledge management and AI-assisted journaling - A PARA-structured Obsidian vault synced via Syncthing with an automated inbox pipeline, feeding into social-update — a k3s-deployed TypeScript agent that collects Claude Code session transcripts daily, summarises them with Haiku, and drafts LinkedIn posts using Claude Opus.
