Add the published Quilt RO-Crate profile version 0.3 to
scripts/profile_urls.txt, retaining 0.1 and 0.2 from #61.Profile URI: https://w3id.org/quilt/ro-crate/0.3
Version 0.3 adds electronic lab notebook identifier/URL/provider projections and an S3-root packaging base for relative manifest members. Source and release: quiltdata/quilt-ro-crate-profile#5.
Validation: the versioned URI returns 200
application/ld+json, matches the published Profile Crate, and parses as RDF containing the expectedprof:Profileentity. The source repository's structural validator passes for 0.3. The unversioned URI update is a separate w3id submission; this versioned URI is already live.
