…eports as failed after a feature was added to the layer - Curation merge (CasMergeSpan, CasMergeRelation, CasMergeDocument): catch unchecked RuntimeExceptions as well as AnnotationException when copying features, so a failed feature copy deletes the partially merged annotation instead of leaving it behind - Tests: added regression tests for span and relation merges asserting that no partial annotation remains after an unchecked failure during feature copy
