GitNexus was demoted to optional in #1812. The owner has now disabled it for now (2026-10-06): the Claude MCP entries are removed, the Codex MCP is off, the gitnexus skills are archived and the nightly index refresh LaunchAgent is disabled. This updates the four places that still described it as optional with a nightly refresh:
AGENTS.md: section renamed to "GitNexus (disabled)"; usergand file reads.docs/OPERATIONS.md,docs/KIMI-ONBOARDING.md,extensions/renderers/godot/HANDOFF.md: same one-line change.Doc-only; no code paths touched.
