Drop EOL Node 18 and 20 from engines and CI

engines.node is >=18. CI tests Node 18 and 20; coverage pins 20.

Node 18 EOL 2025-04-30, Node 20 EOL 2026-04-30. Those lines no longer get official security patches. Node 22 is still Maintenance LTS.

Raise engines.node to a currently maintained line (>=22 or >=24) and drop 18/20 from the test and coverage jobs.

Implemented in #14 (branch fix/review-open-6-13).

Closing this fork issue as a duplicate of that ticket. Numbering on enochgroot/msgpack-node is a different sequence from msgpack/msgpack-node.
