Improve Lore accessibility semantics and Dynamic Type

Summary

• scale Lore display typography with Dynamic Type while preserving the serif hierarchy
• make paywall comparisons, deal links, and Passport continent progress complete in VoiceOver
• harden city deal switching, flavor-only culture loading, Reduce Motion behavior, and accessibility-size layouts
• add focused accessibility semantics tests

Verification

• swiftc -parse passed for all changed Swift files and tests
• git diff --check passed
• draft PR created to run the clean GitHub iOS XCTest and Release compile lane
