Add upstream in-your-own-words and sharpen skills #187
Description
Cursor pstack added two typed-only skills after the 0.15.20 sync point:
in-your-own-words: 7d8d909 (feat(pstack): add /in-your-own-words to play back the goal before work cursor/plugins#602), reworded in dbf4981 (#606)sharpen: 79afd75 (#615)
Both are short and Cursor-neutral, so they port verbatim. Take them ahead of the next full sync, with their poteto-help, recipes, README and reference wiring. make-bot-ui stays excluded per UPSTREAM.md.

Tracking this in the Cursor pstack 0.15.25 sync, #191 (Open Pstack 1.10.0). It imports both skills, with @soulmachine credited as co-author for PR #188. This issue closes when that sync merges.
