Description
Repins EIP-8141 to the current blob,
ethereum/EIPs@af3a780. The commits since6bc5841need no spec change: ethereum/EIPs#12458 (EELS already rolls the approval context back, tests in #3757), ethereum/EIPs#12469 (param names, #3754) and ethereum/EIPs#12471 (defines the validation prefix, no effect on processing).With #3756 (EIP-8250 at
e328506) and #3755 (EIP-7906 at4be9e59), and EIP-8272 already at5e32ce9, every frames EIP is pinned to EIPs master fortests-frames-devnet@v1.1.0.Stacked on #3757, which moves the same pin to
