docs/architecture/migration/cluster-map.md is the SKELETON populated by R1 (backend) + R7 (frontend). One section per hot-spot with: target subpackage candidates, composition file, risk notes, callers requiring import-path updates. The flat-folder file counts at R0 are recorded as the baseline that R5/R6/R4/R3/R2/R8/R10/R11/R9/R12 each subtract from. docs/architecture/migration/phase-r-coordination-note.md is the rebase guidance for any concurrent main work during Phase R's 4-8 week window. Covers: expected moved paths (api/X.go -> api/<context>/X.go), git log --follow incantations for archaeology across moves, FAQ on whether Phase R changes routes/schema/HTML/APIs (no), and the explicit .git-blame-ignore-revs ratchet so blame keeps walking through the move commits.
