Phase 1: Project setup #1

Summary

Set up the basic project infrastructure following the claude-event-bus pattern.

Tasks

• Create pyproject.toml with FastMCP, uvicorn dependencies
• Create Makefile (check, fmt, lint, test, install, uninstall targets)
• Copy/adapt scripts from event-bus (LaunchAgent, install, dev)
• Set up basic FastMCP server skeleton (hello world tool)
• Add to Claude Code MCP config, verify connectivity
