Obtain external critic approval for Corpus 0.1.0

Outcome

The external project critic returns an explicit Verdict: APPROVE for the
merged truthful Corpus 0.1.0 baseline with no BLOCKER or HIGH findings.

Acceptance

• Corpus 0.1.0 is merged into product main, and the controller gitlink
  points to a descendant containing that merge.
• The supported standalone Corpus lint/typecheck/test/checksum commands
  pass from a clean checkout.
• Run ./scripts/run-critic.sh against the merged corpus and recorded
  evidence.
• The output contains an explicit Verdict: APPROVE.
• No BLOCKER or HIGH findings remain.
• Record critic output and the audited commit SHA in Evidence.

Evidence

• Corpus corrective merge:
  8f548e0.
• Controller gitlink currently points to product merge 0ac73a1, which contains
  the Corpus merge.
• Clean audit found the standalone Corpus test bootstrap regression tracked by
  Issue #43.

Blocker

PR-018 must restore clean standalone package testing before the critic approval
can be accepted as a Corpus completion gate.
