Documents the new write operations for the Purchase Orders API:
- POST /purchase_orders
- PUT /purchase_orders/{id}
- PATCH /purchase_orders/{id}
- DELETE /purchase_orders/{id}
Includes required fields, business rules (frequency change blocked,
deletion blocked when purchases assigned), and curl examples.
