test(integration): cover attested IBC commits (Part 5)

Summary

This is Part 5 of the prod-readiness split, stacked on #397.

Changes:

• Populate GM integration genesis with attester_infos.
• Wire the generated integration app with the network keeper BlockID provider hook.
• Assert reconstructed attested commits pass VerifyCommitLight in the integration flow.
• Exercise the supported GM-native IBC transfer path.
• Pin sonic for Go 1.26 compatibility in the GM Docker image.
• Reduce checkout depth in the migration workflow.

Validation

• cd tests/integration && go test -run '^$' ./...

The full Docker integration scenario is left for CI because it is long-running.
